1. Acceptance and professional purpose
By installing or using CasePilot Pro, you agree to these terms. The product is a professional productivity tool for recording, calculation, organisation, backup and collaboration; it is not a court record, legal opinion or guarantee of a deadline or outcome.
2. User verification duty
You must verify parties, case numbers, courts, hearing dates, limitation inputs, citations, payments, calculations, reports and shared output against primary records and professional judgment.
3. Accounts and permissions
Diary, To Do and calculators can work without Google. Decisions/Laws may require Google identity; connected backup/chamber functions require Drive permission. Google Calendar is not a current CasePilot Pro workflow. You are responsible for your Google account and granted permissions.
4. Security and keys
You are responsible for device access, app PIN, Admin approval, recovery key, chamber invitations and recipient selection. A support-recovery workflow does not guarantee restoration and may require identity/ownership verification.
5. Backup and availability
Automatic backup is a safety aid, not a guarantee. Operating-system policy, battery, storage, connectivity, provider outages, revoked authorisation or invalid data may delay or stop work. Check the latest successful backup and maintain an independent tested copy appropriate to your risk.
6. Chamber authority
Only invite authorised people. Use the current roles and assignment rules, review profile-switch/audit records, resolve conflicts and revoke/rotate access after staff departure or device loss. You are responsible for having legal authority to process and share client information.
7. Legal library and third-party content
Legal material, citations, translations and summaries may be incomplete, delayed or require verification. Rights and availability can belong to third-party sources. Do not redistribute material beyond applicable permission or law.
8. Pricing
The published policy is free through 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 the published monthly price is BDT 250 plus applicable VAT. The current source does not define a one-month trial or old/new-user eligibility split. Paid enforcement may require a verified entitlement system and recovery path.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app or service to access another chamber, bypass security, distribute malware, infringe rights, overload infrastructure, falsify records or process/share data without authority.
10. Updates and compatibility
Features, data formats, security controls, provider requirements and supported operating systems may change. Install only verified updates. Emergency policy switches may temporarily disable a connected feature while local alternatives remain available.
11. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability, perfect calculations, complete legal content, successful background work or recovery from every loss. Liability is limited as applicable law permits and does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Suspension, termination and changes
Access to connected services may be limited for security, abuse, legal or operational reasons. Users may stop using the app and remove integrations. Material term changes will show a new effective date.
