1. Scope and operator

CasePilot Pro is operated by Md Arman Ali, Tarash, Sirajganj, Bangladesh. Contact details are listed on the Support page.

2. Local professional data

Case diary, parties, courts, dates, tasks, money records, notes, settings and primary app state are stored on the user device in app-controlled storage. The public website does not accept or host case records.

3. Device security storage

The app uses encrypted local stores and platform secure storage for keys and sensitive settings. Operating systems, device accounts, backup tools, malware or an unlocked session may still affect confidentiality.

4. Google identity and Drive

Google identity may be used for authorised Decisions and Laws access. Google Drive permission is requested only when the user connects personal backup or chamber collaboration. CasePilot Pro does not currently provide Google Calendar hearing export. Google processes account and service metadata under its own terms.

5. Personal backup

Backup content is encrypted on the device before local export or Drive upload. A backup includes recovery-key wrapping data and may include a support-recovery envelope. Drive can process account, file, folder, timing, size, permission, network and service metadata even though the backup payload is encrypted.

6. Chamber collaboration

Shared chamber content and live signals are encrypted before leaving the member device. Invited devices receive the chamber key through the invitation workflow. Providers can still process membership, email, folder/permission, timing, size, IP/network and delivery metadata.

7. Legal library and cache

Legal metadata and downloaded documents may be stored locally for search/offline reading and bound to Google user, device and file-version context. Server requests can process account/session, app/install, document, network and security-verification metadata needed to authorise and protect access.

8. Translation key

A personal Google Cloud Translation API key is optional. When supplied, it is kept through app security storage and requests use the user’s own Google Cloud project, quota, billing and provider policy.

9. Notifications, logs and diagnostics

Reminder times are provided to the operating system for local notification delivery. Security, sync, backup and update status may be recorded locally for operation, audit and troubleshooting. Support receives only information the user deliberately sends or a verified service necessarily processes.

10. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until deleted, imported over, reset or removed with the app/account context. Automatic Drive backups currently use an app-managed five-day retention window; manual exports and chamber files remain subject to user/account controls. Users can revoke Google access and remove provider files.

11. Sharing and professional responsibility

PDFs, images, case cards, invitations, receipts, backup files and recovery keys become accessible to recipients or storage locations chosen by the user. Review every output and use an authorised sharing channel.

12. Service providers and sale

Hosting, Google, update delivery, payment and communication providers may process the minimum service metadata required for a requested function. CasePilot Pro does not sell personal data.

13. User choices and requests

Users can keep Google features disconnected, revoke Google permission, delete local/provider records and contact support about eligible service-held information. Do not send client records, passwords, PINs or recovery keys through ordinary email.

14. Children, law and changes

The product is intended for professional users and is not directed to children. Legal obligations may require limited processing or preservation. Material policy changes will show a new effective date and obtain consent where law requires it.
